Make sure that the truck is there. Someone does not want to drop off or pick up there different equipment ( I.e. truck and auto trailer) from different locations. Everything should be at one. It should be abo it customer service not on mission needs for you guys. Let the customer drop off equipment at one place and use your employees to take the equipment wherever you need it in towns. My pickup and drop off experience was absolutely horrible. The truck was not there and then the dispatch sent me to another location which was close and then to another location where the truck was there and not the trailer. Then had to reschedule the trailer because it was at a different location. Then when I dropped off the trailer and my storage was at the same place and I ask customer service on the phone to drop off at the same location and they said no.

I said it was clean & well maintained but there was a couple small things of garbage behind passenger seat & in back of truck
