I dropped the truck off after hours. The only thing that was confusing was that there were two U-haul drop boxes for the keys and it wasn't immediately apparent which one I was supposed to put them in. Otherwise, it was easy to return the truck and get in and out quickly.

Esther WI am completely unsatisfied!! I reserved the Uhaul to be picked up on Sunday when the store was closed knowing I would have to do an online pick-up. I rented a truck a week prior and there were no issues with the reservation. When making this reservation I noticed the gentleman didn't ask for my cc information like the person did at the initial reservation. When I mentioned it he told me I could pay on the app. He tried to locate where to input the card information, but could not and stated again I could pay on the app. I was skeptical, but I left. I got to the location about 20 to nine, because I had an appointment that I needed to get to. I logged it to the app to complete the pick up my truck process. Everything seemed to be going smoothly but it never have me any option to pay or get the code to get the keys out of the lock box. I contacted customer service The message said it would take 30 mins to be connected so I walked home since it was so hot outside and I needed to charge my phone. When the representative answered she told me I had to be at. the location,, I asked if she could hold on while I walked back and she declined. She advised I check my location . Went back ensured my location was enabled, tried for an hour to pick up my truck while waiting on hold with customer service. When I finally spoke to someone she realized the representative who made the reservation made it for an in store pick up , changed it in the system and then I was able to check in. When I finally got the keys, the truck I was assigned was partially blocked my another truck. I called customer back to speak to a manager and was on hold for another 30 mins. I finally had to hail a good Samaritan to help.
