I was charged for an amount I do not owe. I was forced to wait in the cold for 30 minutes, on the phone, all to retrieve a uhual key. Never had a problem with uhual for years, but after this experience, never using uhual again.

The original truck had barrels and trash in it. Someone there mentioned they had just taken it on a trash/ recycling run. The people there were very polite/ nice about it, and did give another truck. The next truck had cigarette butts all in it.
