All of the links uhaul provided as well as the uhaul app, for condition of truck, pick up and drop off were not working. The website and app need some serious updates. I was lucky there was an employee that happened to be there on a day the store was closed so he could let us in and finish the reservation for us. Very unsatisfied with uhaul online experience.

BERNARDO DThere was a candy wrapper in the cab of the truck and then a sock in the back of the truck. Doesn't look like it was cleaned. Also the gas was not full when I picked up the truck. It shows in the pictures from when I picked up the truck and I also wrote a comment regarding that.
CRAIG JLocation & equipment was excellent. U-Haul app and equipment checkout link malfunctioned and would not accept uploads of my vehicle pre-use photos.

Todd EI dropped the truck off after hours. The only thing that was confusing was that there were two U-haul drop boxes for the keys and it wasn't immediately apparent which one I was supposed to put them in. Otherwise, it was easy to return the truck and get in and out quickly.

Esther WI am completely unsatisfied!! I reserved the Uhaul to be picked up on Sunday when the store was closed knowing I would have to do an online pick-up. I rented a truck a week prior and there were no issues with the reservation. When making this reservation I noticed the gentleman didn't ask for my cc information like the person did at the initial reservation. When I mentioned it he told me I could pay on the app. He tried to locate where to input the card information, but could not and stated again I could pay on the app. I was skeptical, but I left. I got to the location about 20 to nine, because I had an appointment that I needed to get to. I logged it to the app to complete the pick up my truck process. Everything seemed to be going smoothly but it never have me any option to pay or get the code to get the keys out of the lock box. I contacted customer service The message said it would take 30 mins to be connected so I walked home since it was so hot outside and I needed to charge my phone. When the representative answered she told me I had to be at. the location,, I asked if she could hold on while I walked back and she declined. She advised I check my location . Went back ensured my location was enabled, tried for an hour to pick up my truck while waiting on hold with customer service. When I finally spoke to someone she realized the representative who made the reservation made it for an in store pick up , changed it in the system and then I was able to check in. When I finally got the keys, the truck I was assigned was partially blocked my another truck. I called customer back to speak to a manager and was on hold for another 30 mins. I finally had to hail a good Samaritan to help.
MARLA PI reserved the truck for another location, only to find that upon my arrival there was no truck available. It took me 30 minutes to get a U-Haul representative who the send me to this location. The tuck was dusty and stuffy and even with the widows down the fumes makes it difficult to breathe. I don't believe the person at the counter and location is to be blamed for the condition of the truck.

Samantha MThe Van was clean. It pulls to the right. When I was taking an exit it felt like the van was sliding to the right. When I changed into the left lane the van pulled right and then turned left. There was significance play in the steering wheel.
Vincent CMy only problem was that when I returned the truck, the app could not pick my location to be able to continue with checking out. I called customer support and they told me that they need to transfer me to live support and live support was unreachable. I left the truck in the designated area, throw photos just in case, and call customer support to leave a note. At the end, I got charged for an extension that I did not ask and got a higher fee than expected.

JUAN MI believe I was overcharged, I need to call to speak to someone soon. As well as when my employee went to pick up the vehicle our reservations were changed, we were charged an additional amount and the people at the desk were incredibly rude and not helpful.

Steven VThe original truck had barrels and trash in it. Someone there mentioned they had just taken it on a trash/ recycling run. The people there were very polite/ nice about it, and did give another truck. The next truck had cigarette butts all in it.

KERRION LThe truck barely started. Got it with no gas and then when returned it then charged me for gas. Called and they said they wouldn't charge us then they charged $20 for "oil and tires" something I have never been charged for at U-Haul and I rent them 1-2 times a week. Never coming back and reporting as fraudulent charges from this place

yameliz mParking lot unclean, weed overgrown, store supposed to be open according to hours on the door. Checking in to get the truck over the phone took almost 40 minutes for me to sit and drive a truck that smells like rancid urine. Offered price $19 is a joke as I paid over $60 to use it for 1 hour. It's offensive how ripped off I feel about this situation.

FRANKIE FYour website is problematic when accessed from a phone. I could upload a picture of the front of my driver's license but not a scan of the back. I couldn't use your website to return the truck despite turning ON location services, and when I tried to access the help page, it was covered by a large questionnaire which I couldn't get rid of. Oh well, it all worked out in the end.

Rabih YThe email that was sent to me said I would be able to successfully log-in and get my UHaul through the website. I ultimately had to download the app instead. Not too much of an issue. But the area I was in had terrible service so everything took a very long time. What should have been a 5-minute task took nearly 30 minutes.
Matthew KThe truck had a bit of a smell. Not bad but easily fixed with some febreeze between uses. The lock was broken that was chained to the truck but there was nothing about that on the initial walkthrough portion of the rental. Overall a very good experience with good service from Mt. Pleasant Hardware.
