This was not the location I was told to drop off at. That location (the Gulf Express at 255 Reservoir Ave) refused to accept the keys and truck when I went to drop it off. I had to call UHaul customer service to have my drop-off location switched. This new location declined to look over the truck with me and then tried to charge me for "damage" on the top of the truck which, if it existed, had befallen the truck before I picked it up.

We dropped the truck off on the same day we picked it up. Picked up at 12pm and dropped off at 530 pm. We handed the keys to the guys at the counter. They didnt check the truck, they didnt give us a receipt. We walked away thinking everything was all set because they told us we were all set. Next thing i know, i get a receipt in my email the next day with extra charges for gas and the wrong drop off time! We got charged an extra day and for gas!!!!!!! Your service desk people did not record that we dropped off the truck on the 13th, they said we didn't drop it off until the next day which is a lie! Not only that but we made sure that there was exactly the same amount of gas in it as when we picked it up. I have pictures for proof and everything. This location is a joke. They should have checked all this info and checked the vehicle back in before we left the store!! Because of their mistake money was TAKEN out of my card that i desperately needed for my 5 yr olds medicine and i didn't get it back for 4 days. I am so upset with uhaul, i will never be using you again. You need to train ALL OF YOUR WORKERS.

The agent who checked me in was the extremely kind. I had become ill after renting the truck and loading it with my household possessions. This required me to extend my contract twice and when he told me the additional charges it seemed incorrect but was really my misunderstanding. I was quite certain that the agent told me return by 5 Pm but it should have been by noon. Nonetheless he deducted one rental day from the contract. It was a great decision because of the customer good will snd customer loyalty that was built by giving me the benefit of the doubt

Homeless man or woman was sleeping in back of truck upon arrival at loading spot cigarette butts, beer, dirty blankets,food all present in cargo area of truck truck stunk like ciggarettes and took 15 minutes to clean out
