I'll be waiting to see how much U haul wants to keep me as a long time loyal customer into the future. This transaction was a total disaster so currently I'm considering other options. It's going to be up to uhaul if we do any more business together.

While the location wasn't in downtown Poulsbo, it was clean, friendly and bright. Merrie was fantastic to work with and extremely helpful with navigating through the app (for the return). The truck (15') was in great shape, clean, and ready to roll. Compared with my previous rentals with U-Haul, this truck was the best. I will definitely be using this location in the future, just because they were friendly and helpful and the equipment was in great shape.
THOMAS MDropped the vehicle off after hours through the app, so there was no personnel to interact with.
