Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe location was okay, however calling to reserve a truck was unacceptable. I was sent to a location 23 miles from where I live! I used it to move some Items that were in the opposite direction. Given how you structure rates by the mile it worked well for you but a nightmare for me. Also, check in and return took way too long. Taking all the photos and work to be done on your app made it feel like I was working for Uhaul not an actual customer. I would not use your service again not recommend UHaul.
Bea RI had a great experience at the Pousbo U-Haul! Meri was very helpful and streamlined the process- she was friendly and patient and made my rental process the best. Thank you!
Mary SThe nicest receptionist who helped me hook up and was just so friendly and accommodating with everything I would highly recommend !!!
Alison SThe female that checked me out was fabulous. When I checked it back in however, the male charged me for gas that I didn't use and had to request a refund for the extra $46+. My overall experience was good and the refund was handled politely and right away.
