The customer service at this location was excellent. However the truck I used was the worst u haul truck I've ever driven. The brakes were very very spongy. The cargo area seemed like it had not been cleaned. There was a layer of dried dirt as if there had been mud in the bed. It had a funny smell, like pickles inside. And the cab felt and smelled unclean. Finally there was no ramp in the truck. I could be wrong, but I thought the last truck of this size I used had a ramp to make loading easier.

Kathleen BThe day did not start great, with running out of gas sooon after leaving our pickup location, and not being able to fuel it prior to our intended 1 mile away refueling station, gage was on empty. Lucky enough my dad had driven his own car and was ahead of me, he managed to fuel the truck enough to get to the station with his own small tank. I would have typically given a very bad review but in this case, I will have to give credit when due, David did the right thing at the end, discounted our Initial contract. Great customer service and empathy goes a long way, great to see that it still alive. Thank you.
