First off they are not good at customer service and are quite rude across the board. Also, the bill is still incorrect and the final charges are wrong. I've called the location and the 800 number and no one is willing to help me. They continue to tell me that the original charge was incorrect and thus, I needed to pay the difference for the incorrect amount and the two extra days. No, the contact was for 208. The two extra days should have been charged at the day rate, not 131 dollars. How can you do this to your clients and having me take hours on the phone trying to fix this!?!? It is absolutely absurd. I had attempted to pick up the rental truck via the contactless mobile pick up option. I waited at my truck for 15 minutes for the online check in to work, but it seemed to be stalled and with no notification of what to expect, I went into the building to talk with an employee. I overheard one employee tell another customer that the site wasn't very busy and that the customer could bring the truck back later than his scheduled time if he needed more time. After waiting in line for 10 or so minutes, an employee told me that I had to continue waiting for the online check to go through and then go back into the building to get the keys. So even if the waiting time hadn't been so extreme, this wouldn't have been a contactless pick up anyhow. After another few minutes, the online check in process was complete so I went back inside to get the key. Neither employee was inside at this point, so I waited another 10 minutes or so until one returned, and then waited again as he helped another customer. Both employees at different points took their masks off of their noses and mouths for extended periods. Once it was finally my turn, it had been about 45 minutes since my initial pick up time so I asked the employee if my truck rental drop off time could be extended. He said they were very busy and wasn't sure; I informed him that I had attempted to use the online check in thinking it would be faster and contactless as advertised, but he said that the online check in process takes longer and insinuated that my long wait time was due to my choice to use the online process. I told him that, since I had to wait nearly an hour for my rental, I would need more time. He acquiesced at that point and allowed a 90 minute extension for the drop off time. He handed me my key without another word and I left. At no point was I rude, condescending, or impatient. While the service at pick up was terrible, the person who received the truck when I dropped it off was efficient and respectful.
Would have liked the ability to return at a location closer to my destination
The employees were so efficient and friendly and great at following current protocols. I felt safe and attended to.

The check-in was delightful. But the vital numbers info on the vehicle -ie: milage and gas volume - were not accurate. My fault for not noticing paying attention and notifying the reps immediately. Ended up paying extra for milage that, had I really paid attention I would not have had to pay. For check-in I did not even get to the counter. Instructions were hollered at from across the room and was told I would receive my total later. Not quite the optimal customer service experience. May try again with this location if I cannot find another for my needs.
The staff (one person) was friendly and helpful, and did his best to handle the queue. But the wait was over 30 minutes on a Sunday morning to rent a van, even with checking in online. The u-haul web app did not work at critical parts in Firefox or Samsung default browser. It did work on Chrome.
My reservation was made at a different location than the one listed here. When I arrived 10 minutes before my reservation time, I was informed that they did not have any vehicles for me, even though I had made a reservation a week in advance and never received any notification that my reservation would not be filled. I was then told I'd have to drive to another city 30 minutes away to pick up a different vehicle which I was deeply disappointed about. They then attempted to locate something closer, and found a box truck at the location on Sandy blvd referenced here. When I arrived I was given the key and told that the truck was on empty but I'd â€œprobably have enough gas to get to the closest gas stationâ€. Overall it was incredibly inconvenient and made my moving day exponentially more stressful than necessary. I will not be using uhaul again.
Last Monday morning wait times were very long. Joey worked tirelessly to get all the customers taken care of despite the situation. There were at least 6 customers in the store with just one employee, Because I waited in line so long, I didn't have time to properly inspect my truck. When I finally got to my destination, I realized the inside of the truck was very dirty, smelled like urine. There's no way one employee can handle customers and clean the trucks. Overall customer service is still good at this location but the cleanliness of the trucks has deteriorated.
Chris is a one-man army! Treat him well, promote him, something! I saw him simultaneously operate the forklift, unload pallets into the store, check out a customer purchase, and found me truck all at the same time. Friendly with everyone too. We had booked All My Sons moving company about 3 weeks prior, and at 4:45pm ON MOVING DAY they bailed on us. And horrible customer service doing so. Because it would really mess up our timing with move in/out, not to mention the physical toll, I asked if they could at least move us to another day or work overtime and we'd even pay extra... he actually had the nerve to say "do you expect us to put you before other people?" -YES!! You screwed us over, you should make it right! I mean what is the deposit even for?? Anyway, Chris was great. Refreshing to have good customer service after that experience.
The front desk employee was fantastic and super helpful. He recommended a 10' van over a cargo van because the table we were picking up was too big. A+ customer service
Allow the customer the option to reserve online for more than 24 hours. Y'all are scamming people. I needed to extend my reservation but you had already reserved it for someone else so I was charged an additional fee. When I went to the location to pick up the uhaul I was told by the counter person to check in with my phone. Why couldn't he have helped me himself? It took forever. The experience was very stressful.
The person that helped me was not helpful his last name is Reynold. I always rent from this location and they are friendly and helpful ,this person is my first time see him there he's not friendly and lazy

I have rented many UHauls in the past and it feels like the quality of service has really gone downhill. This pickup location didn't give me a copy of the contract or precise information where and when to drop off the van. The employee didn't even walk me to the vehicle and didn't go over the vehicle operation or care with me. He just handed me the keys at the front desk and said "it's the biggest van at the back of the lot." And UHaul's national call center was woefully inadequate. I spent long periods of time on hold every time I needed to call, including one time when I called for roadside assistance and spent over 20 minutes on hold.
THIS saturday was a challenge,but I got thru it , and those there was some problems ,everyone did their part to fix it ,so im happy .what can YOU do better is ,make sure all the KEYS are where they are suppose to be . I KNOW THAT NO ONE IS PERFECT SO WE HAVE TO BE AS CLOSE AS WE CAN BE , AND SMILE AND HAVE A GOOD TIME DOING OUR JOB ,.I THANK ALL THOSE YOU MEN THAT HELPED ME GET GOING ON SATURDAY .ALL WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
I checked in online for my self-pick up, went to pick up my truck, and I was told they cancelled my order because I was late. I was given a bad attitude and minimal help, and I had to call UHaul and find an alternative option. My movers left, and I had to hire on the fly movers for more money. It was a total mess, and no one seemed even remotely apologetic. I didn't even get an email or text cancellation, and I was just left to fend for myself.
This is influenced by the fact that my pick up was moved and this was inconvenient.
Customer service was bad, staff not friendly at all need more training how to treats customer better.
There where some items in the uhaul from the last mover. A for sale sign and a shoe.

The truck was a bit dirty. The interior of the windshield appeared to have had some beverage have spewed on it? Like having a hot cup of coffee an the dash and it sprayed up on the windshield when the truck passed over a big bump or hole. The cup holders had what looked like remnants of some kind of nuts in them.
20' truck is a very strong running truck and easier to handle than the 26'. I would rent it again. Very pleased with my 600 mi. trip. Busy location and everyone was working hard to keep up with the demands of the job. Thanks for making the moving experience a bit easier.
