Excellent service…just excellent. The vehicle itself was clean and maintained…but I think the truck itself is on its last legs. That vehicle has been driven hard.

While the cab of the truck was clean, it had a strong cigarette smell. The fuel cap was broken and hanging loose when I got to the truck. There was a tube in the gas tank and it obviously showed that someone tried to siphon the gas out of the truck. I told the attendant about it and they did not come outside to look with me and told me it was just broken. I took a picture and uploaded it.

Brandon G.After hours drop off needs to be clear. I was called and told to call back via voice-mail instead of just leaving the instructions there. They also could have called more than once as i was moving. I got locked into the facility and had to call emergency contact to be let out. Will likely not use this facility again, will use actual UHaul location in the future. The truck was perfect.
