Would like to commend the two men that helped unload and load the truck. They were exceptional. Doing so to get information to do so is ridiculously hard to do. That’s a shame as they worked very hard and were very professional.
Tracie AVan I rented was not actually available. Storefront was closed in the middle of the day so no way to ask for help when I couldn’t pick up through the app. Pickup through the app took almost 45 minutes, they wanted way to much info and location services on which was weird. Will never rent like that again.
