The starter in the truck was messed up the bendix would kick out so you had to try and start it over and over. The rear tires were slick. Truck needs maintenance. Told clerk issues on return. She did not even respond to my statement of issues

The truck share service was terrible trying to end a rental with the truck share app was terrible trying to have an agent manually complete my rental with terrible having my bank account swiped in charge over four times was terrible to this day still was charged extra for blankets and Dolly terrible terrible experience but everyone I spoke to was professional the process was terrible

I waited 30 minutes & no one was at the facility except a very nice worker who tried to call the owner & could not get her. I had to reschedule for another day. There was a warning light on in the truck. Thankfully I was only going 30 miles round trip

The lady behind the counter was super helpful and courteous. Five stars to her. The lot man was unwilling to tag fresh damage on the rental before I took deliverly and the trailer light plug was not working our my rental. I didn't find this out until after I left the facility.

The equipment and truck was fine. The customer service was terrible. The counter lady needs customer service training. The guy who went over everything about the truck fully stated "make sure it's on 3/4 of a tank when dropped off". However, she highlighted 7/8 of a tank and it was not discovered until we dropped the truck off and it cost us an additional$17+. Not to mention she was rude and unprofessional. I only indicated I would recommend this place just because everyone was not this way. If she was having a bad day, stay home, don't put it on your customers.

The location was closed and I had to call and change the location due to original location didn't accept trailer & I was was not told that till later when I called and spent an hour on the phone trying to determine where to drop off trailers.

Nothing with these 2 locations. But I was charged over mileage. I do not see how this was possible. We drove door to door and to the drop off location. Either the mileage to complete the move was completely inadequate or the odometer on the truck was wrong. Not happy about that.

Truck was not ready when we got there. Had truck reserved for 8 and place doesn’t even open until 8:15. We were supposed to be able to get our truck ourself using our phone but it was blocked in and we couldn’t find the key box either. Angela, who was working that morning, was rude about us being there at 8 and wouldn’t open the door and made us wait outside. Then we had to wait for the truck to be prepared. We didn’t end up getting out of there until almost 9. We returned the truck this morning and they “accidentally” charged us for another day so $188 was charged to my card. When we pointed the mistake out, she just told us to call 1-800-GOUHAUL to have them straighten it out. Turns out they also charged me for extra insurance too and I can’t get it adjusted until it processes (up to 72 hours) and then refunded (3-5 business days). I can’t believe this. Maybe their policy should be that they go over the bill with the customer before charging them. I feel like maybe they assume most people don’t check the receipt or won’t bother to spend hours on the phone straightening it out like I’ve had to today.

Both of the guys were great. The Man that hooked the trailer up was a professional and even helped with my hitch. Very good service. Than you
