I would not recommend this place they rented a an vehicle my name address and driver's license number, all from a phone number they did not verify the license with the contract. I spent 6 hours dealing with this issue I call the store and Larry didnt seem to care saying it wasn't a big deal yelling at me when I was wronged I didnt yell at him I didnt swear at him I stay calm the whole time Uhaul is looking into this location i hope they lose the uhauls they did not follow protocols and i could of been in alot of trouble if i didnt see the email contract and the people committing a crime or wrose. I then call the police who said it indeed is a big deal if these people were to steel the vehicle not bring it back or use it in a crime 4 hours it took making a police report, then another 2 hours on the phone with uhaul head office. Looks like they returned it but haven't heard anything of a crime be used with the vehicle yet. I wouldn't recommend this location but I will 100% recommend uhaul but stay away from northport tire and wheels in Port Perry.

SANJEEV BIt worked for me that UHaul has car carrier trailers that have their own braking system ; I don't need to have a trailer brake controller in my truck.
bruce bHaul themselves was supposed to show up and fix the one ramp,they never showed up so I fixed it myself. No big deal. Worked perfectly
