We had arranged all of our helpers based on picking up the truck at 8:00am. I was more than a bit disappointed to be charged a full fee when the truck wasn't even at the site and available for us until 8:45! We would not recommend this location based on the lack of respect for our time. We were told that we could have the truck for 24 hours, but really, we didn't need it for the extended time. We needed it for the time we had arranged with uhaul (8:00) to best utilize our helpers' time.

This was my 2nd time using uhaul both times have been great. I will use them again in the future. Only suggestion I have is the rental location should have a variety of receivers for the trailers. My truck sits a little higher than average, the trailer was tilted slightly. Having a 4" drop on a receiver would have worked better.

Very disappointed that Michelle made arrangements for truck to be dropped off at Bowmanville location only to find out when we arrived at Bowmanville location that it was closed for two weeks. We had to drive further to drop off truck. Customer service for this call at end of the day was deplorable. She didn't give a damn. I will never use uhaul again and will never recommend you! Terrible experience!!!
