U-Haul truck had a dirty windshield on the inside. Drivers side mirror was seized and would not adjust.
Make sure the cars cleans
Trucknhad a medical paper in it from a previous customer. Tells me it was Not cleaned prior to my getting in it. Rental.associate was not friendly.
Truck was scheduled for 9am pickup. No one was at the office to get the key. Found the representative at 9:30am. Barely spoke with me. I asked her a couple of questions which she stated she did not know because I book everything online. Very unprofessional. Very unhappy with my my experience this time!!!

I have used uhaul many times. This was the first time I had to get the key from a lock box and to take several pictures of my picture ID and the truck. The truck inside the windows were very dirty. I understand this location was moving next door. A short young lady Came out and was very rude when I was asking her questions, she does not need to deal with customers.
Using the app on the phone is difficult for people with poor eyesight if their partner is not tech-savvy. There are too many steps and it's also difficult to take photos while responding to the requests. Is there some other way to provide the driver's license info, mileage and gas levels? It took me about 40 minutes to return the car.
This location has a very small lot, when we arrived we could not find out reserved truck. As we were looking for the truck an employee drove up to open the office. This employee was extremely rude and just plain nasty. I realize that the U-haul portion of their office is closed because of the pandemic, but if that weren't the case I would have had to deal with her. She drove gold colored car and had blonde hair. I have rented from here before and they were great. Not this time.
The location itself was fine. Uhaul is the problem. I will never, ever rent from Uhaul as long as I live. I will rent from ANYBODY BUT Uhaul. They charged me a deposit, a bunch of miscellaneous charges and then charged my debit card for 5 more days than I had this van. To rent a simple cargo van for local moving, very low miles they charged me a grand total of about $390. Then, when I called, on my 5th call, that's right 5 calls, they didn't take care of it and instead charged me ANOTHER $87 and change. They had stopped short, just short of accusing me of stealing the van because THEY couldn't figure out that I returned the van on the 3rd and not the 8th. The local location had closed for the virus and they said to leave the keys in the box which I did. Uhaul is beyond terrible. They are rude. They do not EVEN care about the customer. Take my advice. Go with Penske, Hertz, Home Depot, A N Y B O D Y but these jokers. This is price gouging at a time when our country needs to stand together. Way to go Uhaul! Way to go!
William at 24/7 actively tried to stop me from using the business in spite of me being a loyal customer and having rented just over a week prior. It was a horrible experience. It's as if he intentionally tried to get the lowest rating possible.
The truck was in dire need of a washing on exterior, inside was satisfactory. After picking up the truck, I discovered the air conditioning was not working properly, I was unable to get the air to blow out of the vents in the dash, it only blew through the vents for the windshield defrost........NOT ACCEPTABLE!
I made a reservation for a truck and gave them my credit card info and received an email confirmation. I arrived at uhaul the morning of my move only to learn that they were closed during normal hours and on a mormal day. They didn't call or notify me of this closure. When a worker arrived, I told them my whole house is in boxes and I was told to go look around at a different property. Once I told them i have a reservation they looked my up but ciuldnt find my reservation eventhough i had an email confirmation. Eventually they got me a truck, but it wasnt the one I needed or reserved. Im not using uhaul again
Trucks need to be driven to make sure they are in good shape after a rental. also the parking lot needs to be larger so you can park the trucks
Very friendly staff working in cramped quarters. They gave good advice, listened to our concerns and got us the vehicle we needed. They are working in mobile home type building that really needs to be replaced with a more permanent structure, but the process of renting was first rate in all respects
They ignored my precheck and made me wait an hour to pick up my truck, even when I showed home the screenshot that said â€˜skip the line' I was told to go to the back of the line.
U-haul computer was not working and it took longer to check out but the guy helping us was great.
