First, I request a different location for pick up and even so, U-haul changed it for no reason without notifying me which cost me an Uber from the place that I originally booked the pick up, to the place they assigned me to. On the new location was 5 miles farther away from the original one, and if you charged me per mile driven, you basically scammed me with 10 miles extra for something I did not ordered, plus! Any of the equipment I reserved was on the truck!! Im so upset!
Abdul CI had a very good experience upon pick up with JC the owner of this location. But when I tried to call many times the following day to correct a mistake on the invoice, nobody bothered to pick up the phone, and the customer service was nonexistent. So I was overcharged, and never able to correct it. The printed phone number on the invoice for JC global enterprises on the invoice. Has nobody picking up on the other end.
