Location staff unable to assist with pick up. Had to sign up for 24/7 while at location to try to pick up truck. Ran into a snag and called 800#. Extremely rude! Will go back to using Budget for all of our needs. Have never gone through what we went through trying to reserve and pick up this truck. Horrible!

Robert CMy only complaint is that I needed a utility dolly. I reserved one but upon arrival to the pick up facility I was told they do not have any moving equipment. UHaul should be aware of the equipment requested and either let the customer know it is not available or make it available.
