Pickup location was in a questionable neighborhood. The employee was really nice but didn't give some information I think that he should have.

Wylie SI dropped off the equipment at 9:30 am in the morning. A young man was working and took the key and said that the manager would be in later to check the equipment. I put gas in the vehicle to put it back to a 1/4 of a tank which is where it was at pickup of uhaul truck however when I turned the truck in they say it wasn’t checked in until 12:30 pm and then proceeded to charge me an extra day. That was worked out but there is still a 38 dollar charge. The gentleman I spoke with said he would take care of the 131 dollar charge. I was sent 26 emails and then another 10 or so and was advised in one of them how to check it in well 36 emails I’m not sure how anyone could keep up with all this. This is my biggest nightmare with uhaul and I will never use them again.

KAILEY HThe Uhaul app is garbage. It wants to be user friendly, however it's not. Even though I allowed location services all of the time, it still could not detect that I was at the drop off location. Even after closing and force stopping the app. I ended up having to go to the Uhaul website to conduct my business for the equipment return.
