Fix the online website. If you forget your password, it will send a link that definitely doesnt work. After re-sending it like 4 times, you finally get a password that works. Then when you try to put in your location, it doesnt work either

Not so good experience. Had booked for 7 am to pickup a 10" truck. Got late and I got a call at 8.15 am or so that truck is not available now since I didn't come to pick up at said time. First time for me to hear that nor read anywhere while booking the truck. atleast would have been nice if that was told before my pick up or at 7 am . Without my consent or without informing me it was simply given away to someone. Don't understand then what is meant by booking the truck. Disappointed.

the team was great and very helpful. i recd the wrong vehicle and lost precious 15 mins in swapping the contract...mileage and fuel levels were wrong! also, if you are taking photos of vehicle and uploading and marking damage, why not just do the walk around for and with the customer? it takes quite a bit of time for check out.
