There was food trash left over in the vehicle. The vehicle smelled like pot, and I had to drive it out between 2 other Uhaul trucks that were tightly parked. I have used many Uhauls over the years and have been always impressed, but not this time. I'll never rent a Uhaul from here again.
Kenneth WThe cab on the 10’ box truck was not clean! Candy and cigar wrappers, empty plastic bottles in the door pockets, and a used face mask. It also smelled terrible.
John WCustomer service at this location was less than enthusiastic to help. The truck was dirty on the inside with cigarette ashes on the floor as well as drink spills in the cupholders. The driver side window was left down 1 inch while it rained and it filled the interior driver side door handle with water. I have rented from U-HAUL many times and this is by far the worst experience I have had with the quality of service and cleanliness of a vehicle.
Kim WThe rental was two hours late because they did not setup for mobile pickup. I’m told that I will get a $50 refund.
