the truck need maintenance done to it. it rode rough and apparently there was damage to the box where water could get in I was not informed about it prior to getting the truck.

I reserved the truck 12 days prior to the rental date in Iola, Ks. Two days before pickup I was notified by the national headquarters I had to drive to Pittsburg, Ks. 75 miles away to secure the truck I had reserved. Why wasn't I notified sooner? The truck I had reserved was still on the Iola lot when we drove by with the truck from Pittsburg. I will never use the Iola location again or recommend it to anyone. The man in Pittsburg was very polite and helpful.

I don’t like having the pads and dolly in the truck tied down. They took up valuable space they were in the way and the whole time I felt like uhaul was just trying to up sale me.

I filled up the tank n took straight there I spent over 60.00 to fill it up. Charts charged my acct 16.00 plus change for gas. How can that be when it was full at drop off. I called n complained he said he will try n never heard ba co from him. I am very disappointed in them. I want a refund of my 16.00
