Took forever to complete the reservation checkout. Took forever to return the truck, which was on time being returned. Received call, text message and email stating that the truck had not been returned.

I was told I had to purchase the safe move & it would be refunded. I explained I have USAA coverage and preferred not to purchase the Safe Move. The fee was not removed. The employee may not understand the legality & should not have charged me.

JUAN LEveryone was so friendly and welcoming. Not going to lie I was having a bad day and it was immediately fixed. I had just got turned away from the first location because they said they didn’t have the equipment I needed even though it was available online. When I got to this location Mr Sean and his team went an extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and for that I am grateful. Thank you Sean and your management Team.
