Over all setting was excellent. Consultant was very courtesy, reviewed my travel vehicle operation concern. 10 minutes the paper work was done, efficient and thorough. Highly recommend for rental site.

It was a run down car repair place with a dirt lot and old much faded signs. I almost did not stop as it appeared too shabby to actually be a real U Haul location. I thought at first I was being scammed to drop the truck off at a fake location.

I had a lot of issues in returning the truck. I was given a drop off location just blocks from my new apt that ended being a storage facility. I called U-Haul and was given a 2nd location. This location didn't have a drop box. Called again. Got a 3rd location which did have a drop box. Problem was, what should have taken 10 minutes, ended up taking over an hour. I was late to my new job and had to put an additional $15 in gas

Uhaul cheated me..I spent my Birthday party time trying to book a 5×8 trailer to be picked up in Phoenix. And drop off in Louisiana. Finally got it done and called the next day to confirm and the lady told me I was set to do just that and the price was the same as booked. Got to Price Rite Saturday and was told that I had to drop off in Phoenix. I said I was told by the lady there that I was booked to drop in Louisiana and the price was Triple. I had no choice but to pay because I had someone waiting to help me load and a deadline to get it to Louisiana. I asked to speak to Manager but the lady wouldn't allow it. She then hung up on me ! I am very disappointed in Uhaul and with Prise Rite Tire and Auto of Phoenix,Az. Also the man at Price Rite told me I never called his store and I new I had.So while standing at his desk I pressed redial on my phone and an it rang and he answered right in front of me to his embarrassment . Then he told me it was a waste of time to complain because Uhaul was big and I wasn't. I was told that all conversations are recorded so I would like a copy.
