the person responsible for this mobile pick up spot would not answer my calls for over 40 minutes, the clerk in the gas station was able to get him on the phone after two calls, he was rude, unhelpful and an absolute jackass about the selfie process, no apology for not answering my calls, no explanation of the equipment, no apology for not having a furniture dolly

Lock for box 3 does not open, as well as the cashier doesn’t know anything about the U-Haul situation. He wasn’t very helpful and neither was the boss, only way I got the truck was through U-Haul themself after waiting 20 mins.
