Pictures would not load on app. He kept saying I submit pictures on the app for you when I check the vehicle in but we had no receipt offered to say we dropped it off and was confirmed received in same shape as we received it. Made me feel uncomfortable to not have proof of condition etc.

Connie BThe store front had broken glass and was very poorly kept. The store didn’t check me in correctly and it felt like I still had to do manual steps. I was unable to put gas into the vehicle at the end and I mentioned this to the store and U-Haul and was told they would look into it and was still charged for it. The vehicle’s suspension definitely needs to be serviced as it felt very badly abused for the amount of miles on it. This was definitely not the experience I’ve come to expect from U-Haul.
MADELYN TVery easy pick up and return. No stress when extending the rental was necessary. Thank you for making the rental piece process worry free.
VANESSA FTerrible experience, undocumented damage on truck, filthy truck. Someone previous had a dog inside and the windows were disgusting. Agent was not versed on the process. I ordered furniture blankets, there were none. This location dies not serve your brand well.
