Gentleman inspecting, moving truck, passing off to me had no mask anywhere in sight.
You should offer flat rates for long distance driving. I was very in pleased with my bill and was told my the manager they could not adjust to a flat rate after I called in to request a change. Paying $610 for a vehicle that was used under 24 hours is ridiculous and I will not be using Uhaul in the future.
For after hours pick-up DO NOT contact referrals at that late hour!
It's a convenient location and I appreciate UHaul's attempt to contact free service, but this location did a bad job. I had to go inside, there is bad signage explaining where to pick up, and one of the employees was trying to stand next to me without wearing a mask at all. It made me very uncomfortable and defeats the purpose of UHaul's system.
Everything went very smooth and I would recommend your service to anyone.

The location was great and the employees very professional, especially the employees during the return process! They made everything easy and were extremely friendly.
Someone needs to vacuum the interior (food crumbs on seats), wipe down the cup holder (spills) and steering wheel (sticky), and wash the exterior. This is the 2nd time in a row that I have gotten a vehicle that was in good condition but poorly cleaned at this location. Never used to happen, and I havecrented from here enough to know over 12 years. Also, last two rentals have had oil service messages.

I was billed incorrect mileage and the van was filthy. I think someone took the van out for a spin the night before because when I rented it, it was dirty, had an oil stain in the back, and the mileage and gas meter on my contract were at least 190 miles off from what I actually traveled. I have been renting Uhauls here regularly for 8 years and never had a problem, but they were not willing to look into the matter since I did not dispute the mileage when I picked up the vehicle in the morning. Hopefully this will be resolved without me having to dispute the charges!
On-line checking and drop off key are very valuable services.
I signed up for the contactless pick up & drop off, was a little bemused when I was told not to put the keys in the drop box as instructed & an employee came out with them & handed them back to me & told me I had to go & interact with another employee for drop off. Not what I want during these pandemic times!!

Every thing went well for us. Rented the Van and a storage unit. Went home loaded up the truck. Returned to Storage with items and moved into unit, and returned the Van. Employees were helpful. Successful venture.
Truck was dirty -- seat, steering wheel, crank window lever, dashboard were all dirty. Very little effort to clean during a pandemic. Pre-pandemic, it would still be gross but would feel like less of an issue.
The van ran great and everything worked. I was disappointed that the van had an unpleasant odor. People rent the vans and work hard using them. Me too. However, some Lysol might have helped. The staff was great, both inside and on drop off - pleasant, professional and efficient. That's why I'd chose this location.
The mobile checkin process ended up taking 30 minutes, which caused us to nearly miss our return time. The back of the truck was very muddy, and the van had multiple service lights on.
My only negative was that a truck was not available at the location near me @ RTS 1&3 in zip 19026. Instead we had to drive into center city Phila for pick up.

when we first arrived for our reserved timeslot, there was a long line for wait. After we finally were served, we went to see our rental truck in the lot and noticed the right headlight bulb was out and there were alot of scratches and dents in the front bumper. We returned to the service desk to report these issues to ensure no additional charges would be added and waited in another long line. The attendant stated a "DC" would be out to inspect the vehicle and we could report our findings to him; she also that he should already be in the lot for us after 2-way radio'g him. We were waiting by the vehicle for 15mins before I walked back in to ask if he was still coming. To this the same attendant replied that she thought he had already visited us. After a few mins of asking the same reservation questions, she said we should pickup another vehicle of the same size in the 2nd uhaul lot across the street. This one operated fine but all in all the entire process winded up taking an hour and we left alot later than anticipated. There was also another customer in the service center complaining loudly about the fact that a "DC" on the lot informed her that there was NO vehicle type that she had claimed to rent left on the lot and was visibly upset by this. The only other issue occurred after billing was processed for the reservation, I was never informed that the rental would be billed per mile instead of per hour or gas usage. If I had known that, I would not have traveled as far as I did in the rental. I think it's important when checking out that the attendants specify additional costs will be incurred if traveling over the mileage initially provided.
