Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulPlaced is called a different name. There is not enough parking for all vehicles. Also there is no key drop box outside anywhere (there is a sign indicating it but then not drop box anymore) so I don’t know how an after hours drop off would have looked like. It also said online it was going to be closed, but it was not.
Lea BIt was easily accessible to me. On-site folks were straightforward.
Erike DTrucks were dirty, staff was unprofessional and not a help at all. Very aggressive and will alter your drop off time to the time they actually do the report instead of the actual time you dropped it off. TERRIBLE
LIZMICHELLE VLocation was in walking distance and was most convenient but the truck was not cleaned out. There were boxes and foam as displayed in photos taken before entering vehicle. No dolly at this site and safe move was selected for the late reservation and not confirmed with customer. We took it anyway to continue with our plans for the day. Overall not too bad. But the truck should definitely be cleaned out!!
