I needed to pick up the truck after hour like 7pm so I went there but there was no way I could pick up the key. I called the customer service for an hour and realized they do not allow after hour pick up. When I made an reservations initially I was not aware of this and this location is horrible itself. I cant even see it is a uhaul. The tire shop just lends a truck on the street. The initial odometer was wrong as well i paid 15 miles more because the truck odometer was not correct on the file. I would recommend removing this location.
