Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI had to pick the truck up a day early because this location is closed on Saturday but I only used it Saturday and got charged for 2 days instead of 1 day.
BETTY LGot there to pick up the truck after having to be moved to this location since the first one didn’t have a truck for me even though I reserved it a week in advance. Got there and the truck wouldn’t start. Called U-Haul and they brushed me off to the roadside assistance number which was a complete waste of time and no help. Ended up having to get it jump started. Battery in the truck was junk, no matter how long you let it run if you shut it off you couldn’t start it again so I paid 3 times the amount in gas since I had to leave it running the entire time of renting it. Meanwhile U-Haul doesn’t care and gives absolutely no discounts at all. Will NEVER rent from U-Haul again.
Samantha BThe person checking me in didn't know how to check me in on the computer or his phone. At one point he said to me "I don't do U Hauls" then proceeded to hunt and read on his phone and computer to get the trailer checked in. I requested a receipt because I wasn't sure I was getting credit for returning the rental. That created another problem that he couldn't resolve. He told me the receipt was on his phone so I told him to screen shot it and send it to me via text. That worked.
