The pick up takes time if you’re earlier than the office opens. But we got the truck and when we return it, the office staff did a quick check return and emailed us the receipt. The deposit was adjusted before it came out of pending.

John CExcellent customer service
Carlos POur experience with Uhaul was quick and easy! Sara at the front desk helped us get checked out and was great to work with! Another staff member kindly showed us how to work difference features of the truck, including how to open the tricky lock in the back and put down the ramp. Those extra few minutes he gave us really helped us have a successful day. Thank you so much!
April LExcellent service and vehicle!
