Love this place. They make it very easy, the employees are great, and the little skeleton air plants by the door are legit. 10/10

BARBARA MFix dents and scars on the vehicle to ensure that the next customer is not blamed or has to argue the damage report. We took pictures, but we still do not ever want there to be a question. Particularly after we purchase your additional insurance products.

Ceaser was absolutely horrible and didn't tell us that he canceled our truck until 22 mins into our conversation with him. This location should be closed. So disorganized. Southpoint saved the day!!! 24/7 truck share worked great & the day was great from their on.

MELODY LHeavy cigarette smoke in the office was gross. All the snarky "Be nice or leave" and other signs are a bit much...yet the person checking out the rental is swearing up a storm. "F this computer....F this mouse....I hate this....". We've rented multiple times from here and pickup and pickup is usually like this. Not expecting much but it's odd an odd customer service experience each time we rent.

Franklin SI don't think it's fair to penalize the location for these issues, as the truck was fine and location conveniently accessible, but I would absolutely never use your app again. Terrible experience with the app, wasted two hours out of my day trying to pick up and drop off the truck and it screwed up my move, as I didn't have time to finish packing and timely meet the movers (who were on time and great). App crashed repeatedly forcing me to start over multiple times, and I had to wait for someone to call a family member of mine for absolutely no reason to verify my identity, even though I had scanned my ID, taken a photo, and recently rented from U-haul just a few weeks ago. I would never recommend this service to anyone unless the truck could be picked up in person.

DONNA LThere was no problem with either location. But the corporation's business practices are completely unethical. My information when reviewing rates was collected and used to price-guage me when I was ready to book a truck the next day. My options were completely different and suddenly required 2 days and and a limit on miles. In addition, I suspect that you are engaged in racketeering and sharing the information of potential customers with other truck rental companies. I will be reporting U-Haul to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports. I will heartily dissuade others from using your service.

Lisa SThe location of my rental changed the day before and I didn't see it until I got to the rental site and there were no vehicles present. After I figured out the moved location everything else went fine. The cool personnel and easy rental process was a breeze, and everything went well!
Derek KVery frustrating experience w/ the online process for reservation, pick up and drop off. Both from my home wifi, and at the rental site using both their wifi and the cell network. The website via browser was only slight better than the app that crashed continually. I've used the web check in and check out many time successfully but this time was really bad.

Bradford BYour mobile app is horrible. I tried checking in with it and it froze up. Luckily, the office was open. I got great service from the folks manning the desk. Upon return, I tried the app again and again it froze up. Luckily for me the office was open! Very friendly and helpful service!

Linda MUnfortunately, when we rented the 15ft UHaul for a baby shower, we had a storm come in overnight. We had loaded when it was beautiful out the day before. However, by morning when we arrived at the venue. My things were soaking wet from the overhead and sides of the truck where my backdrop was. Luckily a lot of items were in plastic. But somethings were WET. They did dry out after a while and we had a beautiful shower. My suggestion your fleet of trucks probably need a good sealing.

Michele SI think the "scam" of having to fill out the uhaul/share thing while at the location is inconvenient I was in a bit of a rush and trying to make sure I only got charged for what I used and once I got home I saw I had to be there at the location. Which I don't understand because miles are whar ur basis of charging is aside from a day so it seemed like a way to scrape a little bit more out of the customer. The employees were fine not a-problem there just the process of return
