I was in a broken down motorcycle situation there. The van was like from heaven from where my bike was broken down, was 100yds. I called to set up rental, was helped but not explained that this was a round towner deal. I thought I could drive it West and drop it off there (160 mile away). It took 3 tries to get registered and get the key out of lock box. It was 91degrees outside. The van was great for an afternoon drive. We have a uhaul drop off where I live. I was grateful I could do a wrong location drop off.

Fuel tank was not full when I picked up.
JAVIER BAssigned truck was new with low miles. It was clean, but there were two issues. First, this is a completely automated location...meaning a smart phone is required. So I had to return home and get my wife so she could use her phone to complete the transaction...which took over 30 minutes. We couldn't select the desired drop-off point, and my text to the posted number is still unanswered...two weeks after I sent it requesting help. The biggest issue was the lack of running lights (tail lights) on the truck...this caused significant issues during the trip. Suggest actually inspecting your equipment before renting it out, and letting people know a smart phone is required for rentals.
THOMAS TThe all gives the wrong location 5 min away. It's dangerous and dark and you provided no support. The location guy was amazing and so helpful I had to call multiple times trying to figure out where they were.
ROBERT MAttendant was quick to tell me where to park the truck and wanted to know if we were having a successful day. He acted like he cared and was interested. I made sure he knew about the hand truck and told me he would take care of it. Plenty of room to take the photos and satisfy the phone app. Wow do I miss the days when there was paperwork and a real person checking in/out the equipment. Call me a boomer.
