Have it to where the worker dosent have 2 ise there cell phone outside the Uhaul place 2 pick up a signal cause it will not let them pic up a good signal in the inside and thats aggravating bcause i was told by a lil birdie that tbey have 2 use there but thats not rite Uhaul should have beta Wifi

Side windows needed cleaned, hard to see out of at night. Didn't realize you couldn't put a king size mattress in it upright. Without ramp, ball hitch was in the way. Otherwise it was fine and inexpensive. Thanks

Don’t charge them more then once and when you do give them their money back. Don’t book appointments your unable to keep. This location is absolutely horrific! They do not care about anything but charging you!

I was told that I could return the uhaul to any location and that was not the case. Turns out there is a huge fee to take it anywhere else besides what is listed on the contract. But at the time of pick up, I was told I could drop the truck off at any uhaul location. Thankfully uhaul customer service helped straighten things out.

The guys there were super rude and talked to eachother about their Waitr delivery person while explaining our rules. The way the conversation sounded was as if they were talking about a customer. It was super uncomfortable. They didn’t close the back of our uhaul when they brought it around, in the rain, so the whole inside of our uhaul was soaked. They really need to work on customer experience. If they had just closed that door and waited to have their conversation our experience would have been at least average. I would never tell my friends to go there. Who refers someone to a place with rude service.

The store itself was great, however I had to call customer service to complete the reservation because it wasnt showing a vehicle available. The first person I spoke with was nasty and not professional in any way! I called back and got a very nice person.

I’ve never had a problem until this visit. I used the online reservation option to get a U-Haul truck and received a confirmation number. When I went to the site (Mobile highway, Pensacola, Fl), I used the online prompts to receive the truck. However, the employee comes out and gives the truck to another party. I explained to him that I had a confirmation number and was actively signing out this truck online. He didn’t seem to understand what but I was talking about. He looked at his information on his computer and it seemed my reservation never went through. The U-Haul employee fixed me up so I’m not complaining about him at all. He was great! He was by himself on a Saturday and had roughly 15 people needing things so he held it together really good! But I write all this to say, U-Haul needs to fix their online reservation system!

Improve traffic entry and exit from the facility. There is currently only one way in or out and it gets congested during times when you have multiple vehicle returns and new customers trying to park. Even I had to squeeze my personal truck between the sign post and a 20’ return in order to park, and one of the employees had to park down the street and move his car later.

General Manager acted like he couldn't care less about his job. The first time I rented a truck I didn't get 1/2 mile down the road before the truck started smoking and I had to pull over. Spent 15 minutes on hold before I was told I had to drive the truck back to the store. When I arrived back at the store, all the other trucks were rented out and nothing was available. The Manager stated he would send me a $100 voucher in the email. I had to continually call customer service to get it when it didn't come in.

I was told a pickup was avail it was not had to get a cargo van. I was told it was half full of gas it was not. Clerk was rude and unprofessional.

Mirrors on truck are not adjustable. Needs to be corrected. A design flaw.

These folks were very friendly and very helpful. I expressed my issues and they recommended actions for me to take to resolve problems. The only issue I had returning was that I was charged $38 for gas. I thought I only needed to put 1/4 a tAnk into truck but found out it wAs closet to 1/2.....a miscommunication on my part.
