I went in. There was one person at the counter. After that person was served, it took 30 mins for me to get taken care of. After I put in the rental, I got an email confirmation for the wrong equipment. I had to call and get it changed to what I originally ordered.

It took almost an hour to checkout a small trailer. An employee who was training another to check in a truck, ignored the customers in line. The customer ahead of us walked out. We finally had to ask the trainer if she could help us, I think had we not she would not have helped us.

The employee arrived at 8:58. He gave us a contract that started at 9:12, but ended at 9:00 am. It may seem petty to report, but if a customer would be charged for being 12 minutes late, then it's worth mentioning. Reservation was made through the app and should have been pick up and go, but it was not. We arrived at 8:35 to complete pickup based on the details of the reservation only to not leave until 9:20. That was an hour of time we needed that day. The pick up and drop processing took way too long. 30 minutes each way. Lastly, my credit card authorization was pending when I paid cash for the entire amount. It should have just dropped off. It did not. Called Uhaul. Waited for 45 minutes to be told that it would drop off in three days. It did not, which requires me to dispute the transaction. So, eight days later, I am still dealing with this foolishness. Giving Uhaul my business has cost me more time and money than it should have. Additionally, I had to filled out a bankhold form to get my money back, which should have never been charged anyway. The lady who assisted with this process was nice though. Bottom line, it's unlikely that I will use Uhaul again unless it's my only choice.

completely horrible experience.... went to location on Navy blvd and guy's computer was down then went to Pace blvd...waited over 30 minutes to get a trailer and bringing it back was just as bad!! Too much bull over taking time when returning to ck out lights ..AGAIN!!....I wanted to leave and go home! Something is wrong with both your locations!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!! Poor service...poor,poor poor!!

Let me just say that dayum! They have one fine manager at this location and she is very polite and professional, there were quite a few people in line but was no match for her bad assness, as she handled everyone's needs with a quickness. Her staff was assisting other customers so she came out and was hooking up trailers like a BOSS!! Tiffany's the Uhaul MVP

The truck I picked up had no A/C. When I told Kendall, the employee working there, that the A/C did not work in the truck, he replied; "oh it works great, just drive it a little bit. It cools great!" It did not cool at all and I was late for my appointed load pickup so I could not turn around. I had to drive for two days in Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee without A/C. Thankfully, the Service Center in Nashville was superb. Unable to repair it, they swapped out the truck for a fully operational one in short order. Kudos to them. All because Kendall in Pensacola wanted to get rid of me and go back to whatever he was doing, Uhaul had to deal with a non roadworthy truck and I had to deal with a large inconvenience.

I reserved online. Called to confirm the morning of the move and found a truck was not reserved properly. I made three calls to the 800 numder and was assured my order was correct. When I arrived the order still wasn’t correct. This location did get me a truck and I was able to go about my move.

Picked up unit on Saturday @ 8:47 am. Contract stated turn in Sunday by 8:00 am. Store don't open til 9:00 am on Sunday. Returned unit Sunday @ 8:45 am. When store opened, associate tried to charge additional day due to late return, but removed 2nd day charge after explanation. I understand contracts but I'm waiting there with the unit while they are opening shop. 30 minutes later, my unit is processed in. My gripe; give me 24 hours at least. Next, use common sense at check-in. There was no way to rent/issue the trailer out before opening at 9 am anyway.
