I chose this place Adkisons BP Service, because of it had a 5-star rating. I'm glad I did, because Larry, the guy running the place, was the most helpful person in the industry. I told him I was needed a truck to go to Panama City to get item from my house and take it to storage in Pensacola and he knew it was because I was a Hurrincane Michael victim. He contacted his regional office and worked out a deal with me. My family lost half of what we owned and had to move away for a while because we had no place to stay in Bay County. I can't thank Larry enough. I'll say it again, thank you, Larry! You made a terrible situation a bit easier for me and my family.

Great customer service, from my initial phone call to the pickup of the trailer. Mr. Adkinson personally took care of everything, from hitching-up the trailer to the paperwork. The uhaul dealer was really nice and called me to tell me that my fuel gauge was closer to 3/4 full and my contract stated I should return with 7/8 of a tank so he was going to charge me $17. That is a difference of .125 of a tank. Wtf! I am not happy about my experience with Uhaul.

My experience with Adkisons was great. My experience with the customer service rep on the phone was not. There were several untruths that she told me. If that is how you train your folks (to lie) to get business then I will use another company next time and my next time is the end of this month. I will use someone else to transfer the car to the base in North Carolina from Florida.

Larry is an EXCELLENT representative for UHaul. He went above & beyond when helping us get a truck & trailer to pull our broke down vehicle home over 1,000 miles away. Really pleased with everything, he loaded my big Expedition & got it all secure for me & it road home great. Truck was clean & easy to drive. Very very happy with the service in an emergency situation. There is nothing to improve it was great service & truck & trailer were in great shape & road well over terrible road construction.
