It was a good experience. The U-Haul was clean and well maintained on the backend and front end. Easy to drive and well manageable. The location of where the U-Haul had been parked was very easy to find and the staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Easy spot to drive in and out from. I would recommend to a friend for sure. Great spot for last minute pick ups too.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI had No problems with my Pickup or Delivery,as far as equipment and service, of Uhaul Dealers or initial phone representative. Everyone was polite and professional and that's all,any customer should expect. .
JAMES WI had to move a truck to get to my truck. No parking. Everything is piled up and blocking each other. Truck was dirty outside and inside. Mobile app would not allow me to get my vehicle. I had to go in to complete the registration.

KATHRYN LI have always used an actually uhaul facility for my moving services. My reservation was changed to this location, and it was in route, so agreed to accept the change not knowing anything about the location. I will never do this again. Uhaul locations, even if it’s 3rd party, should be held to minimal standards and processes. If a customer has made reservations online with uhaul- all the information should not have to be entered again upon time of pick-up and credit card info given again- and especially not over a clerks cell phone speaker because the owner is not present. Which by the way- my CC has since been compromised for faulty charges. The app was not clearly communicated so that process involved me backtracking the steps. Luckily I proactively took many pictures and I will give your customer people credit for being helpful and accommodating in resolving the issue.
