Dolly was missing, I had to stop and pickup the boxes and moving blankets I had ordered with the truck from another location. The back of the truck was filthy, with debris, chewed gum, tie downs, batteries, and other trash. I had to go inside and ask for cleaning supplies to deal with a spilt chocolate milkshake in the cab and clean out wrappers and other trash. I asked about the equipment, but the guy just told me to call customer service as wasn't interested in anything further. I get that you folks have satellite sites for pickup and that's awesome for flexibility. However, some additional resources might be needed to keep things like this from happening.

The guy who owned the gas station that I picked up my car dolly from was very patient and kind to me. I really appreciated his kindness.

David HAnother gas station for a drop off which is actually right near a major U Haul location the only way I knew the difference was by the drop off location address. Again, for the future I will stay with the major U Haul locations and the original location city in Columbus, MS the major U Haul location gave me a better rental quote than the actual rental location because they are one of the “Top 100” rental locations.
ronnie gVery strong and overwhelming odor of cat urine in this vehicle. Only a parent when the air conditioner is on which is likely why the rental location didn't realize that. Brought it to the attention of both the district manager as well as the representative in the store. I love U-Haul, but this truck had issues.
