Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulImprove your employees customer service skills as they do not know how to speak to customers when they enter the store. I had the greet them first.
JERIKA RHonestly work on customers phone numbers that are not link to other people accounts, fixed that took me hour to fix a simple return, also if a customer put more then the fuel in the truck was with should be refunded the difference , also if it’s after hours, but drop off at the same location before midnight should not be getting charged, that’s why it’s called 24 hours Service you guys could do better
Matthew Nwho ever the or manage is needs to learn how to speak and talk to customers and not threaten you cancel business accounts
