Fix the check in process using the app! I had very limited Internet service and the check in took over 20 minutes. Dropping off took about 2 minutes. Just send me a text with lock box location and code, done. Very aggregating app, would not use again or recommend.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt took some time to get online and take pictures and everyone just get the keys without anyone there on weekend
Valerie GPlease make sure customers know whether the 10-foot truck reserved has a ramp. Some do and some don't. Also, please make sure to tell new customers that the app information requires around 30 minutes for pick up and return. It was definitely slow and glitchy. Interacting with a human would be much, much better.
Holly FI didn’t drop off at a U-Haul location. I dropped off at a storage unit location, which is one of the options they gave me as I was going state to state so there were no personnel outside, but the drop off was easy. They had parking for me and a clear findable dropbox for my keys. The drop off was seamless.
