Need to train employees on how to use your computer and need customer service training as well. I was charged 7 times for an error on your side. Unbelievable

Kati A.Things were great at the location but the Uhaul app made me enter my id pics twice and then still did not have accessible through the website at the location so had to do it again.. The location was also having issues with uhaul being slow.
