ever E.The lady at the counter did not check me out correctly. Scheduling called later and asked if I was going to pick up the truck and I told them I already had. Since the pickup location hadn't done it correctly, we had to check out over the phone including sending pictures of my DL and the mileage and fuel. There were two trucks there and one of them had shorts and t-shirts strewn across the front seats (not the one I was given, but still made it look like they weren't even looked at prior to renting out). The truck I was given, smelled like cigarette smoke. In fact, there were cigarette butts in the passenger door handle which I had to clean out.
James V.Why Iam being charged for 14.00 extra? I brought my rental back on time and I didn't even use the 20miles that I chose for my rental , I used only 15 miles. So I shouldn't be charge nothing extra. Disappointing
