Had a few issues with the app and after hours pickup. The initial text message support was lacking a genuine customer service experience, but the resulting call from a live agent was simply amazing and incredibly helpful. Once the live agent got the system to work properly, everything else was simple and streamlined.

ANGELA LI recently rented a U-Haul from Kidwell Auto Parts in Parsons, West Virginia, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was seamless and incredibly easy. The staff at Kidwell Auto Parts was fantastic. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also highly efficient. They had my reservation ready to go, and the check-in process was quick, getting me on my way in no time. The U-Haul truck itself was clean, well-maintained, and in perfect working order, which gave me great peace of mind for my move. What truly set this experience apart was the personal touch. The team went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, answering all my questions and providing helpful tips. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a stressful moving day feel much more manageable. I highly recommend Kidwell Auto Parts for anyone in need of a U-Haul rental. Their excellent customer service and commitment to a smooth experience make them the best choice in the area.
