The truck A/C did not work. It was 85+ degrees in the truck for my entire 12 hour trip. The pickup location did not mention anything about the A/C being out. They should not rent trucks that are not functional.

They really didn't want to be bothered by you, he never came out to look at the truck I returned, He barely looked up from what he was looking at behind the counter. I said, "Hello I'm returning this uhaul," he said, "ok". I said, "do you need to come look at it", he said, "nope" and never looked up at me again.

After have a reservation for over a month, the employee told me that he gave another customer my motorcycle trailer prior to my arrival. Also did not have a furniture dolly, even though it had been reserved for a momth as well. It took me almost two hours to check out and that was after i did the express checkin two weeks prior. Worst experience I have had with any company. I spoke not only with the employee at the atore, but one on the phone who refused to escalate to a manager like I requested. UHaul staff could literally care less. Never again!

The gentleman who helped me was very helpful. The lights weren’t working so he tried different wiring and a different trailer(uhaul did my car wiring and the power wire shorted to the car, but they got me in and fixed the problem).

I would appreciate a call back to discuss my experience and a billing issue. I arrived at this location, and the business had multiple employees working, however only 1 was able to help with Uhaul rentals. I waited over 15 minutes for assistance, even though I preregistered and did the express check out option presented in my rental email. The building does not even have signs or advertising to show where the Uhaul rentals are handled, or to direct you where to head to in their lot. I only found the counter by chance after another customer was able to help me while employees who worked for the tractor sales at this same store simply said they couldn't help. I was told the truck had 7/8 tank of gas, however it was barely a tick of 3/4 a tank. The back of the truck was a mess - the blankets were strewn about inside and were not in the bag that is normally sealed. My biggest complaint is that I returned the truck with over 7/8 a tank of gas, and the marked it much lower than actual, and charged me $12.75 in fuel charges. I called the store this morning and was told they would review and call me back. I heard nothing all day, and after 5 attempts to contact the store this afternoon, I finally was able to reach a representative at 4:45 p.m. but he told me he could not do anything about it. This is absolutely unacceptable. I refuse to be extorted into paying this location extra money for fuel that they 'supposedly' put into the truck when there is an almost 1/8 tank difference in fuel! In addition to the horrible customer service and experience, I am at the point where I would rather use a competitor's services in 3 weeks when I finish my move, then return to Uhaul again. After arriving to pick up Uhaul I was told there would be no dolly or moving blankets that I had reserved. When I stated I needed those items I was told I would need to drive the Uhaul truck to other locations to find try to find the items I had reserved two weeks prior. Also, The cab of the truck reeked of marijuana, it would have only taken a few minutes to clean it or spray something in the cab.

Potestio Brothers location gets busy and having only two staff that can work in the Uhaul section makes wait time bad. I signed up for express check in for whatever that does, and got there at 8:35 am did not leave with truck til 9:20 am..

Double charged. Cannot get a hold of anyone to get a refund. Was lied to about what the charge would be. Initially was told $60, so paid that, then was charged an extra $120. The truck we reserved was given away/rent it to someone else before we arrive to pick it up, so we were given a smaller truck yet charged for the larger truck. I will never use U-Haul again.

I dropped it off on Tuesday at 5:30, which is after their business hours? There was a 24 hour drop box. Then they sent me a bill for an extra three days, without notifying me. I will definitely fight this injustice and will never use them agai, even though they are closer to my home I will go to the other provider in my town.
