The service was fine. Uhaul is not the priority of this location IMHO. The vehicle was very dirty both in the cab and in the van cargo area. The exterior was also very dirty but there has been bad weather and snow, so a dirty exterior wasn't unexpected.

Clerk should not argue with customer that there is not a problem with the system when the customer tells them that their system is down. Ecespecially when the customer just got off the phone with corprate. Both the manager and clerk did this. I received the truck almost 2 hours late but they did not adjust my time to reflect the delay. Very poor customer service. Also I was given a truck where upon return the left rear tire hub was coated heavily with brake dust I am pretty sure the left rear brake needs adjusted or replaced.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They were able to answer the questions that I had and get me the rental in a very efficient manner. This was one of my best experiences with Uhaul that I have ever had.

Damage to new tow vehicle was done by the yard tech. He was pulling the connector from the trailer and it had whipped into the NEW vechicle I just got.. battle wound, I guess 2nd.. I walked I and was told nothing was available.. 3rd I got on line and made a reservation at that location that had told me that NOTHING was available.

Checked in 6 hours after pick-up, they said just drop it in the lot where it was originally. when asked if I could have a receipt, they said don't worry about it, we will take care of it. My checking account has been charged every day since, today I went back there and took care of the problem. NO ONE CARES!!!

Excalibur is great. We rent twice a year to transfer our holiday decorations from storage to our clubhouse. The truck is always available and ready to go at 8:00.

I have added 12 blankets to the order, and the location have none, if in this case I need some one call me and suggest ot help me cancelling the order. Finally, when I get there they said their facility dosent carry blankets I was screwed and run for blankets some where else. Extremely unacceptable

You over charged us and charged us for a toll ticket that wasn't ours. It's very evident that the Avon location is desperate to make dime. We notified you of the problem on Oct 30th and we haven't even received a call or email back.

When I was at the counter to rent the truck, it took a good 10 mins for the employee to pull up the Uhaul site. Then he never gave me any paperwork showing the rental. When I returned the truck at 5:30, they had cabled off the parking area where my car was parked. I should have been told they would do this and to park in a different area. Not going to use them again.

Truck was not ready when I got there to pick it up it wasn’t even back yet nobody had returned it yet and when they did it was dirty inside the cab was dirty mileage was recorded it for fuel level was recorded at 3/4 and it was slightly under 3/4

- The truck could have been swept better. - Vehicles should be rented with a full tank of gas. Much easier for customers to fill-up and return rather than trying to ball park and avoid overpaying for gas!

Uhaul kept us 3 hours running around for all our equipment that we had reservations for 3 weeks prior then the car Dolly and small trailer lights wouldn't work they gave us the wrong trucks which were more money than was quoted. Then when we returned all the equipment it took usb2:hours to even find the place what a mess so we got charged for more time for the use of the trucks. I am Very very disappointed ?? in my experience with uhaulmovung is stressful enough with out all of the other problems that we had I don't think I would use ugaul again if the experience was the same I feel I should get a refund of my money due to all the problems we experienced.

I had a motorcycle trailer and pickup truck reserved at this location. They had truck and motorcycle trailer available. The guy there said they never have motorcycle trailer hooked to a pickup truck. I showed this reservation but that guy was adamant and denied in fulfilling the reservation. Evening 5:00 most locations were closing and I had to go 14 miles at s university location where they got me pickup truck and motorcycle trailer. The guy at longs way location was rude and I will never ever go to the Parker location.

Had to sweep out the truck before loading. When I returned truck during hours they told me to just put the key in counter. I have not received a final invoice, it has been two days now. I should be receiving a credit but that too has not occured.

I was charged over $30 for fuel I didn't use. I rented the truck with 3/4 of a tank of gas but my contract said it had a full tank. I went back inside and explained this and they noted on my contract that it was only 3/4 full. But when I returned I was still charged for the 1/4 tank of gas that was never there.

So I had a huge issue renting the truck. I was signing paperwork to our new wand missed the call that I had to drive 14 miles the opposite direction to pick up the truck, when the time got closer to pick up the truck U-Haul called and said the truck I rented was not available. I was supposed to be out of my current house and all of a sudden I had no truck. They offered me a smaller truck and due to the time crunch I had no choice. I needed to make 2 trips Not a good experience.

Reserving and getting the trailer worked well. However I received your text that I had to return the trailer by 8pm last night so I returned it to a closed office at 6:30 ish. I have been unable to get confirmation that it was returned. I tried calling the locations several times today - they don’t answer and have no VM. Go figure. So I tried calling U-Haul- they want me to wait 5-10 min. Argh. Do you have a process for notifying the customer when the unit has been returned? It would be good to close the loop after text that I had to make sure it was returned on time after closing hours. No closure is frustrating. Please fix it or stop sending texts that it has to be returned whether the business is open or not.

N/A I was not present at pick-up. I reserved the truck online I chose the NO INSURANCE option. When the truck was returned I found out that I had been charged $109.00 for Safe Move Plus Insurance!!!! Please call me and fix this.

suggest the hitch is screwed all the way down, as it came off the ball hitch just after I left!!!! This could have been a disaster. so heads up!

My equipment was not available at the location I reserved it at. Then, the location that the equipment was reserved at was permanently closed. The only location that had the size truck I needed was two hours away. There was nothing done to help fix the situation. The customer service was horrible. I will never use U-Haul again and I will tell everyone I know about how badly I was treated.

We should have gotten the uhaul for $40 for everything, they switched our reservation to a bigger truck 26ft without confirming with us. Then called Parker Feed & Supply and the owner told me she would have a 20 ft available on Saturday August 10th @ 2pm ! Then I get a phone call from the uhaul center on Friday the 9th and he said there is no reservation for a 20 ft tomorrow anywhere!! He said all had was a van or pick up trucks and I said that is not going to work whatsoever!!!!! He said he was showing 15ft at Parker feed & supply and told me to call them to confirm 1st so I did and they said they didn’t have anything available for Saturday so at this point I am way beyond upset because we HAD To HAVE A U-Haul ON SATURDAY & Sunday ! She said let me look see if there’s anything I can figure out!!!!! Then finally said only thing is UHAUL 15 ft was being used till 2 pm and we could pick up then! Then on Saturday I called to see if still being brought back at 2 and said already there! My daughter & husband went to get truck and the key they had didn’t fit the truck OMG!!!!!! So they called the next closest place and they had a 15 ft just come back!!!!!!! This is the worst service we have ever had from uhaul!!!!!!!!!!!!! From Start to Finish ??????

Uhaul should install hitch dollies on all 6x12 van trailers, units are too heavy to lift or manage when not hitched to vehicle.
