Scottie’s is great, very helpful. But UHaul Co it self online sucks. I set up my trailer rental and they made me take “Safe trip” I told them 9 times via phone calls and online I don’t it yet it was forced upon me. I have my own insurance and it completely covers me. You should not quote one price then add crap in we don’t want or need.

Jacob NThe store scottie is great but I would never recommend people to uhaul if they plan to not honor on returning a deposit they had agreed on when asked about the truck breaking down
Brittany BHad to wait for an extended amount of time to proceed in getting my equipment. I did not enjoy the general attitude of the dealer, he felt very off-putting. And when talking to another customer in line I spoke to her and told her to make sure she took the photos in the link provided that was to be sent. He told me "I handle all that, and that's what my job is". Soon as he left I reassured the customer for her safety and piece of mind to take those photos.
