Brandon MSuper nice people at this location easy to deal with... but as far as the 6x12 box trailer goes there no jack and it's not lite so don't send a women by herself to pick it up literally... the brake hose had seen better days the previous user didn't clean out the unit there was some glass in the floor that I had to deal with first thing other than that it was an ok experience.
STEPHEN MWas great overall but they didn't have time to clean the truck out and it was fiull of trash and dog hairs .not to mention we had a blowout and had to wait 3 hours on the side of the road for roadside assistance. But will be renting one of your trucks again if need
Anita SI returned the equipment 2 hours pass 2 days and was charge the whole day. I get it, it was late but I also believe some leniency could've been given and not be charged the full 3rd day.

Robly EThe man working at this convenience store which was the drop location that I had to use was rude. When I was trying to ask questions, he said he did do anything with UHaul and that I just had to leave the truck and someone the next day would take care of it. He then shut off the lights in the store, walked out locked up and left. I was able to determine that I could do the check in/drop off on my phone which is what I did.
Virginia CVery seamless return--good service. We advised the truck battery was bad and needed to be changed before the next person rents it. We could not turn it off as it would die so we drove straight through to avoid issues.

Shawn JI was 5 minutes early to pick up my truck. The email shorted me an hour on drop off. Then I was charged extra on miles. With all the stress of moving and being shorted time, I wasn't happy to pay more money for a few extra miles.

kenneth tI'm trying to figure out if I payed for the road side assistance why didn't I receive it? I called several times regarding a dead battery then I had to have it jumped myaelf and then the key went missing and the location I rented from only had one so I called again and again someone would get back with me and never did. So when they picked up the uhal I still had personal stuff in it and then the wrecker took out all the mailboxs in front of my house. I need some one to call me ASAP and I am not paying past the 6 days I used it

GERALD UThe truck we rented leaked water so bad. Our stuff was soaked while in the uhaul. Very disappointed in our service this go around. Gary’s Gun and Pawn was not at fault. Scottie’s was also not at fault. This was entirely a uhaul problem.
