Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis location was found by a customer service employee of uhaul. The online reservation i had made was for VJ Foodmart and they did not have the contactless information entered into the system. so even though the truck was there and i was using the contactless system to pick it up i could not get it. The inside store employee was very rude and did not help at all. I would never go to VJ Foodmart for anything. The customer service agent on the phone was fantastic as she found the same size truck and immediately reserved it.
Wesley LJust had to drop off no personal involved
JESSICA EThe lady that rented me the uhaul was very pleasant, friendly. I picked up the uhaul and left my car at the store to move my items. No one told me I was supposed to park across the street and not at the store. I was left a very hateful message on my voicemail to go get my car or it will be towed. She did not leave her name or anything just at the place where you got the uhaul. That was uncalled for. Maybe let people know where they should park their car when they pick up the uhaul. It's stressful enough when trying to move and don't need to worry about your car getting towed because you were never informed about parking across the street. BETTER COMMUNICATION NEEDED AT THIS RIZZY STORE 2735 HWY. 231. THANK YOU!
Teresa ATruck i received was not pre cleaned. Sand in truck and there was sand and animal fur in the cargo area. But the workers at this location were extremely helpful and had wonderful customer service
