this old mileage 17' truck over 145,000 ate lots of gasoline, Gas mileage is so poor, I put 7.32 gallon for 56 miles moving, but owner gave me gas fill fine, I showed him gas receipt of gas station just a miles away from U-haul and I want to check level together, but owner told me his checking level is final, he refused to check together. Anyway I really frustrated against owner who is very rude, he even pushed me away physically. Watch out old mileage bad car mileage this car, I will not go this U-haul, terrible experiences. Very Very watch out.

May have been charged twice. For the extra day. Should be 39.95 x 3 days +refrigerator dolly and 1 furniture dolly . I was charged 186 + 69 dollars twice. Maybe it will work itself out in the am billing. Thank you.

The tank of the gas was broken and there was a flat tire for the vehicle i notice that after full the tank so i returned back in exchange to another van and the owner didn't reimburse the loosing gas from the first van.

Pick up time and location was changed day before pickup. Didn’t get email until Sunday day before pick up. Allow extra time to get on the road. Did express check in a wast of time redoing it over at check in. The reservation process needs some work.

I am extremely frustrated with this location. I attempted to return the uhaul. It was after hours. The drop box was broken and there was no way to safely secure the keys to the vehicle. I attempted to call the location but it was closed. I attempted to call Uhaul and the phone rang for over 15 minutes without an answer so I hung up. So I did what I thought was right and I secured the keys by locking them inside of the truck. Because of what I did they said I made a poor decision and that now I would have to pay $100 to get someone to unlock the truck. If I would have left the keys In the broken drop box, that would have been better to do apparently. I am upset and frustrated that I had to pay $100 for doing something that they should be responsible for and maintaining their equipment. I did my part by returning the truck when I was supposed to. They need to provide a way for us to return the keys or provide a number if something is wrong. It just sucks.

Upon picking up the trailer, I found it to be dirty and in need of a major clean. I cleaned and used the trailer then when I returned the unit, I mentioned that the unit was dirty and wanted some remuneration. The employee behind the counter ignored my at first. When I asked him again, he told me "so , I am not refunding anything." I asked him again and he told me " yeah we did not do our job, too bad." When I told him I would never shop there and also let my friends know not to shop there he told me to take an ad out in the paper about it. I have never been treated so poorly by an employee in a situation that they had failed in. I would have been happy with an simple apology. The man behind the counter could not have been more rude or disrespectful. I would tell EVERYONE to stay clear of this business for any reason. It is obvious that the customer is nothing to them so that is how I was treated. It if too bad that this reflects upon Uhaul.

DO NOT use the online/app services or over the phone for reservations. The service is a JOKE! After making and receiving confirmation found out days before they a unit was Not going to be available. Called the corporate number to have them fuck it up even more. Had to reserve from my location on the spot. I give those guys at my location an overall A+ For saving my trip! Online/over the phone is a Joke!!
