The Customer Service Person (Middle Eastern Decent-mid 30's - Male) at Nagis Electronics Is RACIST, inept and had no interest in delivering a quality Customer Service Experience! There are so many things to list, that I won't waste my time. However, I will say the â€œexperience â€œ started with him not wearing a Mask (in a Pandemic-Go Figure!) and me demanding (sad that I couldn't just â€œrequest itâ€) that he put one on!

This is the BEST place to rent a U-Haul; very friendly owner - truck was well maintained - everything was easy and convenient - as it should be. I have used several U-Haul locations in Lancaster and Palmdale, this one is the best by far!!!!
Not only did they not have the truck I had reserved, the truck they made me get also had a check engine light on.
I was over charged I only drove 11 miles I filled the tank completely to full and I got charged for Furniture moving pads and they didn't even provide any I also was charged for a dolly and it was not provided either

Nothing keep up the great service
The owner didn't help us and focus on us because he has his main business so he was focus on his business instead. Also, he didn't help us the connect the trailer in the truck knowing is heavy and we needed help. Also, a truck that was available wasn't working and said he didn't know when it was going to be repair.
I tired to return the truck to a location, that was different from where I picked it up. I arrived at the pick up location at 3:45 and wasn't able to finish my pickup time really was 5pm and the dealer /Nagis electronic there was an empty water bottle on right passenger side of vehicle. I had to keep the truck an extra night until morning of 09/04/2020. Because I had to return it back to a farther location. This seems to be inconvenient and added way too many more miles and time. So from this location I will not be back
Staff was very friendly
What not at the location for the appointment was over hour and half late. Had a horrible experience. I had an appointment with a different location and no Uhaul available for my reservation. Then had to drive hour away to this location and then nobody was there at this location.... Horrible customer service with Uhaul.
There was a battery or alternator problem and the owner to try to make me feel like it was my problem or fault or responsibility. I called AAA Got a jump and let him know I was not going to play the blame game I want to give him his truck and be done. I am totally dissatisfied
This location needs better cleaning for the office. There was trash on the floor in the office.
Truck broke down on my 6 times . I wasted my money and time now I have to make arrangements to pay for another u haul on another day. The location manager would give no reimbursement for my issues.
This drop off location was great, however, it was not the original location. I had been scheduled to drop off at 38241 6th St E ste d, Palmdale, CA 93550. The man working there was extremely unprofessional and clearly on drugs. He yelled at me saying I had to return the dolly I rented back where i got it (which is 7 hrs away) or it will cost me 60 to 80 dollars more. I have never felt so uncomfortable and confused I just wanted to return the dolly. I am greatful to the uhaul reservation department who called to confirm the drop off location, they were extremely helpful in finding a second drop off location.
Make sure that your online system confirms available equipment at rental locations. Like appliance dollies.
The staff were friendly, and knowledgeable. Getting a trailer for a day was dead simple!

Moving image the coronavirus made it especially difficult to find enough help to load up the truck and unloaded at the new house, which I had to do twice. I wish I had known from U-Haul ahead of time that if I did not bring the truck back within the 48 hour period that I rented it for I wouldn't just only be renting it for a third day but also paying an additional $50 late fee.
Let's see where should I start off at I did the online check-in took more than an hour just to get the paperwork plus the guy lies about the gas in the mileage horrible filthy place I will never go back there again bad experience very bad filthy equipment
