Customer service can be improved. The UHAUL was filthy and I had to sweep out the whole back from the last business but overall they did have the truck ready for me and I appreciated that.

Ana MendiolaScam artist. This location billed me for incorrect mileage. The folks at this location are using the trucks or lending them to friends and then billing U-Haul customers the mileage. I am very upset, I barely drove the 25 miles I paid for, now imagine paying $450+ for the previous renter’s mileage. This location never told me to use a phone to click a link before driving away, once you drive away without clicking the link your responsible to report the miles, gas, and condition using the link. What if your like me and didn’t have a phone with me??? Screwed… U-Haul lost a customer for life after this bs.

It was pretty scary being this was the first time I had ever towed a trailer. I had a fear that this may get happen again along my drive. Not a very pleasant experience.

TRINA BURFFORD1-The auto transport ratchets were very rusted making them difficult to operate. 2-I called in advance and the "U-Haul" person arrived 30 minutes later. A different person connected the transport and I believe it was not exactly connected per the U-Haul video. When the "U-Haul" person arrived, he assured me it was. I had no problems with the connection during the entire trip. 3-I called in advance and questioned if I should bring the car I was to transport so it could be inspected after loading. I was told "yes", which I did. Once the "U-haul" person arrived, I was told that "no, U-Haul does not load the vehicle or check it once it is loaded, that it is my responsibility". I did load it, it was NOT checked in any way,, which is fine,, but,, I wasted time and gas getting the car there when I could have saved the time and money just loading it at my house instead of having to make a 75 miles trip because I was told to bring it for the inspection. Very unprofessional and very poor customer relations when the wrong information is dispensed by the "professionals".

The last thing you need when you're planning a move is the significant delays because the people running the dealers are to lazy to open on time and make you jump thru obstacles because their system is garbage. Do your self a favor and rent from Hertz

There are so many things to list, that I won’t waste my time. However, I will say the “experience “ started with him not wearing a Mask (in a Pandemic-Go Figure!) and me demanding (sad that I couldn’t just “request it”) that he put one on!
