The management of this location set a horrible example by only having 1 person at the desk on a Sunday morning. She was overwhelmed with customers and calls. I blew my top at the end of a very long wait (I shouldn't have) that should have taken 15 minutes, but was there for almost an hour. They gave me a phone number to verify my hook-up, and the lazy person on the end didn't even reply that it was good - I was told if there is a problem, he would let me know. What a disorganized mess.

Dean KAttendant was very helpfull
Jim SWhen I arrived to return the trailer, I showed up at 350PM. The lady who checked me in was nice. There was another lady behind the counter who was very rude. She told me they close at 330PM and I would be checked in the following day. I politely mentioned my contract states the return time is 4PM. She reiterated the store closes at 330PM. The lady who checked me in thanked me and said she would check the trailer in on time. I will be taking my business to the U-haul in Indio in the future, they have really good customer service.
chris cGreat experience with a UHaul trailer rental. Quick and easy. Staff was very accommodating. I would recommend this location.
