elaine nI only dropped here. I called to let them know I would be dropping after they closed and they answered the phone quickly and gave good instructions on how and where to leave the truck and drop the keys. My receipt was issued promptly at 7 am the next morning. No issues at all.
Richard FGreat experience. I set up my truck rental on the web site. When I went to pick up the truck, it was out front waiting for me. The UHaul employee was friendly, very courteous and had my rental agreement ready. I drove off in the truck in less than 5 minutes after arrival. Returning the truck was incredible. The office employee welcomed me back, asked if I had any problems, I didn't, and my final paperwork was ready. The truck was very clean, drove very well, and had a great AC which was greatly appreciated after loading the truck in the hot, humid, Florida weather. The only negatives are on U-Haul’s web. It specifies the trucks inside floor dimensions but does not identify if those dimensions include the area over the cab, or the dimensions of the area over the cab. Additionally, the web does not identify the rear wheel wells intrusion into the inside floor.
